The letters of MJMA refer to an Arabic word meaning “An assembly” or “Congregation”. The members of our club have assembled on one common goal, to create the best versions of ourselves. Based in High Wycombe, we at MJ Martial Arts are passionate about cultivating strong minds and bodies through the practice of martial arts. With decades of experience in various disciplines, our instructors are committed to helping you achieve your goals, whether it’s mastering self-defense techniques, improving physical fitness, or personal development.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

Our specially designed programs for children create a nurturing and supportive environment where they can develop essential life skills, including focus, respect, and self-discipline. Through age-appropriate training, we instill confidence and empower kids to handle challenges both on and off the mat. All students are expected to progress through our belt-rankings from white belt to black belt.

ADULTS MARTIAL ARTS

Our adult classes cater to practitioners of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced martial artists. SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOPS
