We provide classes for different age groups, including: Infants Martial Arts (Ages 4-6) Youth Martial Arts (Ages 7-11) Junior Martial Arts (Ages 12-16) Adult Martial Arts (Ages 16+)
3. Do I need any prior martial arts experience to join?
No prior experience is required to join our classes. We welcome individuals of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors will tailor the training to suit your abilities.
4. What are the benefits of practicing martial arts?
Martial arts offers numerous benefits, including improved physical fitness, increased flexibility, enhanced self-confidence, stress relief, self-defense skills, and personal growth in areas such as discipline and focus.
5. How do I enroll for a trial class?
Enrolling for a trial class is simple! Just contact us through our website or give us a call, and our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling a convenient time for your trial class.
6. What should I wear to my trial class?
For the trial class, comfortable workout attire is recommended, such as a t-shirt and joggers or shorts. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!
7. Are your instructors certified?
Yes, all our instructors are highly trained and certified martial artists with years of experience in their respective disciplines. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with our students.
8. What martial arts styles do you offer?
We offer a range of martial arts styles, officially our grading system is a kickboxing but we include techniques from Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and Kickboxing.
9. Can I attend more than one class per week?
Absolutely! We offer various class schedules and flexible membership options to accommodate your preferences and availability. Feel free to discuss your training frequency with our staff.
10. Is there a belt or ranking system in place?
Yes, we have a progressive belt ranking system for our martial arts programs. As you advance in your training and demonstrate proficiency in techniques, you'll have the opportunity to earn higher ranks and recognition of your achievements. The syllabus has been designed by the club and is accredited and licensed, meaning that it's been put through a panel, assessed and has been approved for use, by the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association.
