TERMS & CONDITIONS
Participation Agreement: Members will acknowledge that participation in martial arts involves physical activity and potential contact. Members understand the inherent risks associated with martial arts training and declare that the child is physically fit and capable of participating in such activities.
Safety and Supervision: Members understand that MJ Martial Arts prioritizes the safety of all participants. Members agree to ensure that their child follows the rules and guidelines set forth by the instructors for their own safety and the safety of others. Members also understand that proper supervision will be provided during training sessions.
Health and Medical Conditions: Members confirm that they have provided accurate information regarding my child's medical history, including any allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, and medications they may be taking. Members understand that this information will be used to ensure their safety during training and in case of emergencies.
Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, Members authorise MJ Martial Arts staff to seek medical attention and treatment for their child as necessary. Members will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Code of Conduct: Members acknowledge that their child will be expected to adhere to the club's code of conduct, which includes respecting instructors, fellow students, and the training environment. Any violations may result in disciplinary actions.
Communication: Members agree to maintain open communication with the instructors and staff of MJ Martial Arts. Members will promptly inform them of any concerns, changes in contact information, or other relevant matters.
Fees and Payments: Members understand the payment structure, including any registration fees, monthly tuition, and equipment costs. Members agree to make payments on time and in accordance with the club's policies.
Schedule Changes: MJ Martial Arts reserves the right to modify the class schedule, including instructors, class times, and locations. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
Class Cancellation: If you need to cancel a class that you are enrolled in, please follow these guidelines: You can cancel a class by calling us, or sending an email. If students have attended one session in that month, they are responsible for fees for that month. Cancellations should be notified to the club at the earliest time.
